Make sure you are using the email address you signed up with. If you've forgotten your password (or signed up with a magic link), request a reset from the sign-in panel. If the email doesn't arrive within ten minutes, check your spam folder. If it still doesn't arrive, write to us.
From the Lobby, open the seeker menu and choose Settings → Delete Account. Confirm. Your account, grimoire entries, chamber state, and all linked data are immediately and permanently purged from our systems. This cannot be undone.
Your Adept access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, you return to the Wanderer tier with full access to public chambers but without premium personalization layers.
If you subscribed via Apple (iOS app) or Google Play (Android app), refunds are processed through their respective billing systems. For web subscriptions, write to us; we honor refund requests made in good faith within 14 days of purchase.

Each oracle reaches across the public internet to a language model. Sometimes that path is busy. The cathedral always offers fallback paths — wait a moment and try again. If it persists for more than a few minutes, write to us.
To protect the cathedral, we limit how many oracle invocations a single network address can make per hour. The limit is generous for ordinary use. Wait the indicated time and try again. If you reach this limit during normal use and not because of abuse, write to us.
Yes. Every chamber that saves grimoire entries lets you export them as PDF or JSON from the entry list. Your data is yours.
